At ZEnglish, we use's ShiftPlanning App for scheduling. Teachers are responsible for checking their own schedule on SP (published each Mon at 00.00am (JST). If you find a conflict, please contact George or Oncall before Tue 00.00am (JST) 2 weeks before. We will only contact you if we schedule you for a lesson outside of your availability. Please keep your availability updated.

To get started, check your email inbox for a registration email that looks something like this:

If you can't see the email, please check your Spam or Junk folder.

Open the email and click on the "Activate your Humanity Account" button. If the button doesn't work, copy the link below and paste it into your browser's address bar.

A webpage will open in your browser, click through to the registration form:

Fill in the details below. Make sure your user name is "FirstNameLastName" or "FirstName.LastName". Make a strong password. 

Click continue:

Humanity will load up. First click the link to activate your email address. You will need to check your email account and click a link. Once you've activated your email, click the portrait icon in the top right:

Select "Profile"

Click "Edit Details"

Fill in your mobile number (cell phone)

Scroll down and fill in your address:

Scroll down and select your timezone:

Put in your birthday:

Enter your paypal email address:

Click "Save Employee":

Once done, you can Set your Availability, Look at your schedule (See the Shiftplanning Section of this Guide) or continue working through this guide by returning to contents.
