To set up Slack, our primary communications tool, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Find your Slack invite email and accept the invitation
  2. Set up your account, passwords and so on.
  3. Make sure to turn on notifications
  4. Send a Slack message to oncall to let us know when you're set up
  5. Download the app on your pc and phone. They are much more stable than the web version.

We use Slack to communicate between teachers and management. We also offer classes, find problems and offer assistance through Slack.

ZEOnCall (Direct Message)
Day-to-day communications with your Oncall Manager (George, Tom or Ben). Message ZE-oncall for private communication with the oncall manager. We usually respond between 19:00 and 23:00 JST (our busiest time).

Once you're set up, message ZE-Oncall to confirm.
