Slack
To set up Slack, our primary communications tool, please follow the instructions below:
- Find your Slack invite email and accept the invitation
- Set up your account, passwords and so on.
- Make sure to turn on notifications
- Send a Slack message to oncall to let us know when you're set up
- Download the app on your pc and phone. They are much more stable than the web version.

ZEOnCall (Direct Message)
Day-to-day communications with your Oncall Manager (George, Tom or Ben). Message ZE-oncall for
private communication with the oncall manager. We usually respond between 19:00 and 23:00 JST (our busiest time).
