Setting Availability
Your availability allows us to know when you're free to teach, it also tells students when they can request classes with you.
If you are setting availability for the first time, you will see a box at the top right of the humanity dashboard:
If you can't see that box or you are altering your availability, click on your profile image in the top right and select "profile"
Once you're in your profile, find the "availability" tab:
The availability screen should pop up, showing a calendar. It shows the timezone at the top-left of the calendar. Click on a time on the calendar to create a block of time where you are unavailable. This is known as an "Unavailability Slot".
A box will pop up asking for details:
Choose the time and date you want this to start, then select "Repeat weekly" from the dropdown box. Once done, press "Save".
You don't need to block out vacations, vacations are done using the "leave" button at the top of the Humanity Dashboard. See the Holiday Requests section for more details.
Once you've chosen your unavailability slot, repeat the process for all times you won't be available.
Once you're done, and your new availability has been approved. It will look like this:

You may change your availability at any time, but please allow for 3 weeks, so we have time to alter the schedule.
IF you are in your probationary period, please allow 3 months before making any changes.
