Cancel A Booked 1on1

1. While logged in as Oncall, go to the View All Table (https://zenglish.jp/wp-admin/admin.php?page=vc-text-domain-view-all)

2. If the class is more than 48 hours into the future, filter by the date of the class, find the class on the list, hover over the "Class Name" and click "Delete". Then go to step 6.

3. If the class is in less than 48 hours, filter by the date of the class, find the class on the list, hover over the "Class Name" and click "Edit" instead.

4. Then add "[CANCELLED]" to the start of the class name and add a message at the top of the description saying "This class has been cancelled due to teacher technical problems" or "This class has been cancelled due to illness" or "This class has been cancelled due to an emergency"

5. Head to the teacher's dashboard or the view all table to make sure the class has been edited properly.

6. Then go to the shiftplanning schedule (https://lyngo2.humanity.com/app/schedule/). 

7. Click on the class

8. When the dialogue comes up, press "Delete this shift"

9. Then hover over the blank space so a "+" appears. Click the "+" to open the create shift dialogue. Then enter the time that the problem occurred, choose "External Cause" from the dropdown and then press the "create shift" button.

10. Enter in a reason for the cancellation and press "save and close" 11. Message Kyoko on Teams (or other messaging software) and email her at Kyoko@lyngo.jp and ask her to send a message to the student.
