How To Deal With Problems

Whenever you encounter a problem with teaching at ZEnglish, please use the following procedure to resolve it:

Contact Oncall on Slack or via Email (Click here for details)
While awaiting a response, please find and read the relevant help article.
If you are in class and need to leave to attempt a fix, do not leave until cover arrives.
Oncall will advise you how to solve the problem if you are unable to solve it yourself.
If the problem is on the student side, use helping students article and send them one of the Japanese help articles linked there. While they work on the problem, you may continue teaching other students.
