Content In Empty Classes
You might also be assigned to do content in two other situations: an empty group class and a 1on1 class where a booked student didn't show up.
Empty Group Classes
Students can enter classes until 10 mins past the hour. So, for example, if the class starts at 22:00, then students can enter until 22:10. After which, the class is closed to students.
Wait until 11 minutes past the hour (:11) then message oncall explaining that you have an empty class. Then proceed to Trello to work on content using the usual procedure outlined in the Content Section of this guide.
1on1 Booked Student Doesn't Show Up
If you can see a student booked in your class. And they've not shown up by 11 minutes past the hour (:11). You can see booked students on the monopoly card popup for the class:
If the student is still listed as "registered", then you can close the class, report to Oncall and head to Trello to do content work.
